IME SA provides a wide range of gas analyzers using different analysis modules according to the sample characteristics and the applications intended.

 

The Mercury Analyzer uses an extractive measurement principle, transforming Hgx in Hg0 in a thermal reactor.

 

Without the need of maintenance in the first six months and a very low usage cost, the Mercury Analyzer is usually provided in a Continuous Emissions Monitoring Solution (CEMS) or in a Process Analysis integrated solution.

 

MEASURING PRINCIPLE:

 

Determination of the Hg0 concentration in the sample collected by ultraviolet photometer.

Hg 0…400 ug/Nm3;

Certified Measuring Ranges: 0…45 ug/Nm3 and 0…75 ug/Nm3.

 

CALIBRATION:

 

Zero-point calibration by means of ambient air;

Span calibration by means of HgCl2 test gas.
