IME SA provides a wide range of flowmeters using different measuring principles according to the flow characteristics of the sample components and the applications for which they are intended.

 

The Swirl flowmeter is used to measure and monitor the flow of liquids, gases and steam and is essentially used with low flow process applications.

 

It is characterized by its robust design which offers high liability in the measurements, it has it has no moving parts and has low sensitivity to changes in operational conditions (pressure, temperature and specific gravity), presenting low load loss levels when compared to the Vortex type flowmeter.

 

Its compact design offers installation flexibility, enabling a 15 to 400 mm flange mounting (DN15 to DN400).
