IME SA provides a wide range of liquid analyzers using different analytical modules depending on the characteristics of the liquids, the components to be analyzed and the applications for which they are intended.

 

The Suspended Solids Analyzer is an analyzer for determination of solids in a measurement range of 1,500 to 3,500 mg / l, usually located in wastewater tanks / basins.

 

From an extensive optical surface and a large sample collection capacity (volume) it is distinguished from similar equipment since the deposit of fats and other debris does not obscure the optical surface, allowing a representative sample and within confidence intervals restricted.

 

Additionally, the sensor incorporates an automatic cleaning system ensuring that the optical surface is permanently unobstructed, keeping the analysis in the expected ranges. With this system also the continuous maintenance of cleaning technique is avoided, substantially reducing the cost of operation of the analyzer.

 

 

PRINCIPLE OF MEASURE:

 

• Principle of Infrared Light Attenuation (at a wavelength of 860 nm).

• Can be used in various and mixed leachates and in the return of activated sludge;
