The Laser Spectrometer for Process applications is capable of measuring traces of gas using a tuneable diode laser which provides a precise measurement of specific gases, avoiding common interferences that occur with the traditional infrared analysers.

 

The sensor measures gas using a patented Tunable Diode Laser (TDL) to determine the concentration of the gas without coming in physical contact with the stream. This analyser allies precision and quick measurement reducing operational and maintenance costs.

KEY FEATURES:

 

Rapid Response Time – takes four measurements per second with a lser and a detector and immediately averages the results. Because there is no contact with the gas, real-time measurements are not hampered by wet-up or dry-down as with surface based sensors.

Long Life – The TDL sensor does not enter into contact with the sample gas stream. The result is a sensor that does not suffer from contamination or drift due to impurities;

Ideal for Harsh Environments – Enclosure can be provided in NEMA4X 304 Stainless Steel or 316L Stainless Steel;

Low Maintenance Costs – no consumables required.
