IME SA provides a wide range of portable gas detectors for confined spaces with a very light and compact design.

 

Built from robust impact proof materials and in compliance with the IP65 standard (water proof and dust proof) the portable gas detectors were designed for personal use in the harshest environments offering a combination of alarms with bright illumination and audible warnings.

 

As the limits and alarms required vary according to the countries involved, the application is configurable having each gas channel two instant predefined alarm levels. The toxic units also have TWA (Time Weighted Average – weighted average concentration by time) alarms.

 

Standard Gas calibration is available for methane, propane, butane, pentane, hydrogen and ethylene. It is also available in the version for safe CO2 areas, offering carbon dioxide measurement in the 0 to 5% range.
