Ambient Carbon Monoxide (CO) Analyzer

IME SA provides a wide range of gas analyzers exclusively dedicated to Air Quality Monitoring, making the offers according to the gases you intend to analyze.

 

The CO analyzer uses non-dispersive infrared radiation absorption to continuously measure the carbon monoxide concentrations.

 

It has an internal sampling device to achieve high sensitivity and accuracy levels, requiring no need for additional gas.

 

IME SA usually integrates the CO analyzer in its mobile or fixed monitoring stations offering a complete solution for Air Quality Monitoring and analysis.

 

MEASURING PRINCIPLE:

 

Non-dispersive infrared radiation absorption.

 

 

FEATURES:

 

The cross-flow modulation associated to the infrared radiation absorption interference eliminates the need of optical calibration, allowing very stable and precise (5 ppm – Full Scale) measurements;

Use of a shock detector compensation interference and purified reference gas. The reference gas is generated by purging the sample, through an oxidization process, where an oxidizing catalyst burns the CO to CO2. These features eliminates the interference from other elements, resulting in highly accurate measurements;

It does not use reflecting mirrors, therefore the optical bench stays clean, assuring extremely stable results over long periods of time.

 

MEASURING RANGES:

 

Standard Range: 0 - (5) 10/20/50/100 ppm;

Optional Ranges: 4 ranges selectable from 0-10 ppm within 10 times the range ratio.

 

REPEATABILITY/LINEARITY:

 

±1,0%.

Sample gas flow rate of approx. 0.7 L/min;

Indication of measured value, range, alarm and maintenance screen;
