Air Pollution Multigas Calibrator (GPT)

The GPT Calibrator – Dilution of Gases is presented as a modular system designed to calibrate gas analyzers in which the common application is to guarantee the quality of the gases produced in the lab or to check the linearity of the gas analyzer.

The dilution of gases with high precision and repeatability requires a high-precision mass control, especially for high rates and dilution intervals.

Consequently, this device is equipped with mass digital controllers calibrated by the manufacturer and may optionally have a special polynomial calibration.

•   Stability and reproducibility guaranteed in the ozone generation by measuring and adjusting the intensity of the U.V. lamp and the pressure and ambient temperature compensation;
• Gas phase titration (GPT) by mixing internally ozone (O3) with nitrogen monoxide (NO) generating nitrogen dioxide (NO2) (using the 20 dilution points and by adjusting the generation of ozone).
